We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team full-time at our Berlin office, focusing on the Italian market.
Your responsibilities:
Lead generation & qualification: You proactively identify and research potential new customers (SDR) and systematically enter them into our CRM system (Pipedrive). For incoming inquiries (inbounds), you take on the initial contact and carry out structured qualification via email.
Supporting the sales process: You assist our Account Executives with the preparation, follow-up, and execution of customer calls, pitches, and meetings – whether by phone, video, or on-site. This gives you valuable insights into the entire sales cycle: from the first outreach to closing.
Networking & representation: You accompany our team to trade fairs, events, and conferences, where you represent our company in a professional manner and gain first-hand experience in corporate representation. You also support and join customer meetings, with preparation and follow-up being a natural part of your role.
Learning from the pros: In weekly 1:1 training sessions and internal sales workshops, you’ll learn proven best practices – from effective lead outreach and email communication to pitch techniques.
